Your new role
现在他们在市场上寻找法务经理，主要负责集团层面的法务工作，工作内容包括但不限于：
1. 集团层面法律合规制度制定和执行，组织相关的培训
2. 制定 SOP ，帮助推进以及监督 SOP 执行，帮助业务部门规避潜在的法律风险
3. 参与商业项目，包括投融资、并购以及许可等
4. 参与公司其他相关业务工作

What you'll need to succeed
- 法学本科及以上学位，通过司法考试
- 5 年以上律所和甲方工作经验，甲方工作经验是必须的，有消费品行业背景会是一个加分项
- 英文可作为工作语言
