1. Manage all the admin affairs of the company, guarantee the offices running smoothly, to create the best work envionment for all the employees.
2. Construct and manage the admin team, promote the company culture to the team, and make the team member to work hard to be engaged in their jobs .
3. Set up the annual budget of admin team according to company business development, to meet all the business requirements through strictly controlling the admin expenses to save the cost at maximum.
4. Admin team internal and external affairs management. To provide best admin service uniforms/catering/dorms//cleaning/shuttle bus/management car/water/tea/mails etc) to all the employees.
5. Set up the employee satisfication survey system for the company， set up the target to achieve these targets.
6. Manage all the admin suppliers, make sure these third parties to provide the best service to the company to satisfy the employees.
7. Draft all the admin management documents, WI and all the admin related work flows and systems. Supervise the team to achieve them.
1. Bachelor's degree in Administration Management / English or related area.
2. Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint,Word ).Strong communication skills.
3. 8 years' admin specialist experiences in the foreign Company .
4. Good command of English and Mandarin.
5. Can work in the attitude of active, careful, strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
6. Problem solving skills， strong team management .
7. Good coordinating and organizing skill.
