This is a Pre-IPO company with a high reputation in Shanghai. They provide an innovative and supportive working environment and actively encourage career development. Due to the company's growth and future expansion, they are looking for an Associate Finance Director.
Your New Role
1.Partner with operations teams to produce useful financial analysis to further
drive the company's performance.
2.Prepare budgets and forecasts on a timely basis.provides insights and analysis to senior
management of the business on opportunities, risks of business plans, scenarios planning, and
impact on financial performance and outcomes.
3.Establish overall financial data analysis backbone: including full set of data availability to generating standard management reports, segments balance sheets & cash flow statements in both consolidating & pro-rata methodologies; routine performance tracking tools; capital management systems etc.
4.Coordinating/preparing country group annual budgeting, establishing routine rolling forecasting process for all segments in country and improving overall business measurement standards across country group.
5.Co-working with internal teams and functions to enhance country data generating and flow across all functions/segments so as to strengthen data intelligence of the organization.
6.Cooperate with all business teams and functions to maintain and keep on modifying performance measurement dashboard. Creatively set up drivers/factors to benchmark with main competitors by main segments.
7.Streamlining original data generating processes and standards so as to improve timeliness and accuracy of country management reports and consolidated financial reports/Statutory reports.
8.Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management topics and coordinate finance team to prepare regular business review presentations, standard reporting packages and other ad hoc business analysis reports.
9.Proactively involved in decision making analysis for important projects assigned from management team, including but not limited to NPV, ROI, cost-benefits, sensitivity & productivity analysis.
10.Guide the company’s internal and external Audit activities.
11.Assist management team on the company’s IPO process.
What you'll need to succeed
1.Have 10+ years of FP&A leadership experience; minimum 5 years of guiding high performance FP&A
team and familiarity with analytical applications.
2.Be a degree holder in finance or business economics, and a professional accounting qualification.
preferably with experience gained from Big 4 and pharma industry experience. Overseas education
and working experience will be a plus.
3.Have solid business partnering skills and strong business acumen. Excellent command of spoken and
written English and Chinese is essential.
4.Familiar with public reporting process of HK listed companies.
5.Familiar with Internal control, internal audit and external audit process of a list company.
