BD Director

A BD role on a mature international platform, that will discover China market and build up the sales system.

Your new role
  • Serve as a senior company ambassador, sales leader and revenue generator. Call into key influences at Fortune 1000 companies to generate interest, advance opportunities, and drive sales processes to closure (lead with action).
  • Establish and achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets for the organization, including establishment of predictive sales KPI’s which ultimately lead to new sales.
  • Personally, generate and drive new relationships, new deals, and new client partners.
  • Evaluate and further develop go-to-market strategy for China.
  • Develop near-term and long-range sales and revenue generating initiatives; support the development of programs and action plans that capture the highest level of revenues from existing and new products/services.
  • Provide thought leadership to delight the client; Understanding client business objectives and provide actionable insights and recommendations for analytic engagements including but not limited to Solutions Leveraging Big Data, Commercial Mix Modeling, Paid Owned & Earned Media Effectiveness, Cross Media or Multi-Touch Attribution, Test-and-Learn or Experimental Design, Pricing Strategy, Customer Segmentation Analyses and Marketing Investment Optimization. You will understand the differences and bridge gaps between various types of research & customer insights.
  • Work with the CET account teams to develop and deliver insightful presentations that demonstrate tangible value and client impact. Providing expert consultative advice to clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Infuse industry knowledge and business acumen to help drive adoption of analytic insights and software in client decision processes.
  • Manage towards revenue and profitability goals. Work with the CET Leadership to manage client contract renewals and upsell opportunities. Actively seek opportunities to grow account relationships through additional solutions, brands, analytic dimensions, and geographies.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 10+ years of relative experience: BD/sales/consulting/analytics
  • Experience in professional services/consulting/tech-enabled marketing services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

You must be eligible to work in China on an unlimited basis to be considered for this job.
