Our client is a Global Media and Marketing Solutions agency business. They are currently hiring for Chief Client Officer in Shanghai, China.

Your new role

• Responsible for developing and managing client relationships and client operations, with the internal client servicing teams reporting to you
• Key leadership role to the ongoing growth and long-term performance, product, and strategy capabilities, along with building company culture
• Build understanding of China media industry market dynamics in relation to related revenue streams, working with internal people in and outside of the company
• Financial forecasting, key account business planning and strategic advices

What you'll need to succeed

• 15+ years of experience within digital marketing agency or vendor environment, including specialist areas like eCommerce, programmatic, MarTech, social/MCN, performance and content
• Dynamic leadership, strategic thinking, team building skills
• Track record building ad growing large client business and navigating complex business challenges
• Fluent English skills
