Your new role
  • Leads on key strategic business initiatives from a compliance perspective and accountable for deployment of an effective compliance program
  • Accountable for proactive advisory services on quality and compliance issues
  • Provides effective compliance reporting to senior management. Manages significant compliance incidents and investigations as required
  • Develops and Implements quality and compliance vision and strategy based on comprehensive risk assessment and quality principles that are drawn from expert knowledge of internal and external QA arena focusing on GCP
  • Implements and maintains an effective compliance program involving assurance activities, compliance advice and risk evaluation for area of compliance focus driven from expertise in GCP compliance area
  • Participates in assurance activities to assess operational execution of processes and audit strategy
  • Operationally manages and executes “second line of defence ” accountabilities (including conduct of quality assurance assessment activities, support for auditing, investigations, assurance reporting, inspections, etc.)
  • Set operational compliance objectives to ensure embedded and streamlined approach to assurance and contributes to overall QA strategy for GCP QA area
  • Accountable for the standard of audits
  • Supports driving and embedding a culture of ethics and integrity
  • Provides lead support for inspections
  • Provides coaching to staff to support effective delivery of quality assurance services
  • Execute assurance and advisory strategies for assigned GCP area in conjunction with basic level of assessment for business compliance, privacy, and computer systems validation.
  • Communicates effectively with compliance colleagues and customers and maintains robust knowledge of relevant industry information affecting compliance arena
  • Compliance with all applicable global and local policies and standards
