Your new role

• Accountable for directly managing and developing a group of CRA and Senior CRA.
• Ensure projects and studies resourced appropriately by allocating or hiring appropriate staff and critically analysing needs.
• Expected to managing internal costs and quality oversight.

What you'll need to succeed

• BS/BSc or higher education in pharmacy, medicine or other life science related major.
• 8+ year’s relevant experience, project/people management experience both considered
• Leadership, motivational and collaborative skills are highly critical.
