Your new role
你将汇报给创始人CEO,参与公司的战略制定根据公司业务发展需要以及市场特点, 并通过在一定区域内的渠道和终端的推广、销售,或项目方式完成销售额的达成及品牌知名度的提升。

What you'll need to succeed
制定全国的销售及市场策略,负责风险评估,费用预算,合规要求,相关的商业谈判,并落地执行。按行业特性与公司发展战略,并对经营管理负责,确保达成年度销售目标以及市场目标,并提高市场占有率,人员配置与费用规划等。构建完善的销售以及市场 的管理制定和政策,梳理业务流程与组织架构,建立高效的运作体系。

What you'll get in return
我们希望你有在市场&营销 运营管理的经验,从事医疗康复产品销售5年以上,其中,有3年及以上大区市场销售管理经验或者民营医院直销渠道管理经验。具有骨科及康复科产品销售经验者优先。
