Our client is a market leader in the field with rich client portfolio in local and international market. They are now looking for a Compliance Head to join the team.

You will be working closely with business team to mitigate compliance risks, and monitor active projects. Provide guidance to business team and negotiation with third parties if needed. Create and deliver tailored training to business team. Requirements:

• legal background is preferred, at least 8yrs working experience in corporate setting with exposure in compliance field
• Consulting firm experience is a plus
• Proficient in oral EN is required, need to communicate with overseas business
