Your new role
1.Business development, i.e. furthering business on China, promoting in particular Smart technology, supervise the localization project, monitor our production processes and capacities with Production team
2.Development of adequate sales structure, i.e. establishing sales team and at a later stage this team should be expanded. He / she has to be the senior person who can step in a finalize, convincing the customer, being the senior face in the market. Same go to solid dosage.
3.Service responsibility, i.e. cover customer’s service requirements .
4.Managerial responsibility, i.e. manage the sales team , the project execution team incl. engineers and the service team.
5.Drives the Company Pharma differentiation strategy
6.Route to Market strategy focusing on the relevant
7.Accessible market with the aim to grow volume and profitability of the BU pharma business.
What you’ll need to succeed
1.University / master’s degree in engineering or equivalent years’ experience in Pharma equipment Industry
2.Good application knowhow, end-to-end process expertise for solid dosage and liquid pharma processes
3. Profound knowledge of the Pharma market in China from an equipment supplier prospective
4.Profound Sales management and leadership expertise
5.Business development skills, strategic thinking and operational skills to position and grow the business
