You will create innovative algorithms to solve real business cases an make impactful decisions. You will also invent data platforms with strong tech support.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for best algorithms to use
• produce automated as well as ad hoc investigations of databases
• design (e.g. deep neural network) models of talent, including for recruitment platforms, internal mobility, classification, and resume sorting
• develop real-time APIs that streamline human capital processes by using machines to perform repetitive, high-volume tasks
• Analysis of complex datasets to make decisions, and creates visualization to drive data insight, and develops scalable algorithms and models.
• Make strategy recommendation on data pull, integration, aggregation and retention incorporating business requirements and knowledge of best practices.
• Ability to work with product and business teams to turn requirements into AI solutions
• consult with corporates and with global recruitment agencies to provide bespoke talent models
• Manage a team of data scientists and software engineers

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• BA/BS in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related STEM field in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related STEM field, Master/Phd is a plus
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL or another programming language
• Experience or coursework in machine learning and/or natural language processing
• Statistical modeling through software (e.g. SPSS) or programming language (e.g. Python)
• Understanding of database and analytical technologies in the industry
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product and technical challenges in an enterprise environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• At least 3 years management experience
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
