Hays Shenzhen has partnered up with a fast-growing company with headquarters in Europe. We are a leading designer and manufacturer of precision-engineered components and products for the fence, gate, access & perimeter control industry. In Shenzhen, they have the core product development, engineering and assembly team, plus suppliers in China area.

Your new role
Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will:

• Manage product’s Electronics perspective from concept to mass production;
• Work closely with headquarter, local electronics team and suppliers to make sure product and electronics technique success;
• Take lead to develop the team and optimize R&D and Engineering process;
• Involve in new product and technique innovation;

What you'll need to succeed

• 10 years or above experience in electronics or electrical design, or development or engineering area;
• Well familiar with product industrialization and manufacturing process;
• Excellent project management and communication skills (both Chinese and English);
• Knowledge in IoT, Automation or motor electrical is a plus
