General Manager - Attraction

General Manager job in Shanghai for global Entertainment parks company
Your new company
Worldwide entertainment company with hundreds of attractions ranging from indoor to iconic theme parks. They are currently looking to appoint a General Manager for their Shanghai base attraction.

Your new role
  • Lead strategic development and operational delivery of the attraction, overseeing financial, brand, quality targets, health & safety standard, revenue performance etc in line with overall company vision and strategy
  • Manage annual business plan, CAPEX and budget strategies to deliver the budgeted annual profit, whilst leading a team to ensure day-to-day operation of the attraction
  • Work closely with Global marketing team to deliver strong regional & national marketing strategies to improve profitability, brand consistency with the attractions retail, food and beverage and other income functions, as well as visitor / guest experience
  • Build beneficial partnerships with Tourism boards, forums, etc

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 15+ years work experience in entertainment, tourism, hospitality, retail or related service industry
  • At least 5 years of experience in operational senior leadership position
  • Experience in marketing & sales is a priority
  • Extensive experience in owning of P&L, EBIDTA management with strong leadership communication and execution skills
  • Good English
