Your new role
-Take care of APAC IT capability and resources in China, Japan, Korea, Australia etc. And continually build up APAC IT Team.
-Take care of Commercial IT , IT Operations and services , IT infrastructure, Acting as regional leader of R&D IT, Clinical IT, Factory IT, Information Security etc)
-Work closely with domestic/regional executive business stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
-Solid experience in IT management (Commercial, IT infra& service etc.)
-Solid experience in Team build-up and management
-Solid exposure in a matrix global environment
-Solid exposure in communication and engagement with Senior business stakeholders(CXO)
