Your new role

Based on company's overall business strategy, you need to effectively direct and set up the strategy for HRM including talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefit and other HR related work. Keeping contact with global HR department and lead teams with a knowledge of HR at 360 degrees.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience as HRD will lead to your success, as well:
Your confidence in directing and decision-making HR management by administering a wide range of agendas according to business strategy.
Your extensive experience in strong knowledge of TA,C&B and other HR related area, so that you can be a leader within the firm.
Excellent linguistic skills: Mandarin mother-tongue, fluent English (spoken and written).
