• Strong knowledge on C&B and payroll operations. If pure C&B background also will be appreciated.
• Build Org effectiveness, talent pipeline building. Whole life cycle HR management for BU

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate is someone who has:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years' working experience in HR
• Willing embrace changed needed to adapt to new circumstances.
