Your new role
-Support international e-commerce related business teams, gain an in-depth understanding of business conditions and team operations, and promote the effective implementation of human resource strategies and business departments according to business strategic planning
=Responsible for the team building of the business department, use various effective ways to meet the recruitment needs, design personnel growth paths and personnel training plans according to the existing team conditions, effectively designate and implement talent development plans and follow up the implementation
=Be able to gain insight into the problems existing in the organization and team, provide comprehensive solutions, including human resources work such as recruitment, training, performance, employee relations, etc., and promote the implementation of solutions

What you'll need to succeed
-Bachelor degree or above,
-7 years or above working experience in human resources
-International background and Internet HRBP work experience is preferred
-Understand the basic work of each HR function, and have practical experience in recruitment, performance, etc.
-70% HRBP/TD/OD experience
