Your new role
-Ensure achievement of the assigned business division’s strategic and growth plan.
-Responsible for key talent and management development including consulting with the organization’s leaders regarding team development and personal/professional development of associates. Provide leadership in the development of a sustainable high performance/high commitment workforce.
-Direct recruiting and employment activities to ensure the timely placement of qualified associates.
-Develop programs, policies, procedures and controls regarding key HR metrics (recruiting, associate satisfaction, on-time performance appraisals, turnover, etc.)
-Conduct research into HR programs, policies and employment law and recommend strategies, changes or innovations where appropriate.
-Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and company policy. Represent, or aid in the representation of, the Company on related litigation.
-Properly execute corporate policies and HR programs ensuring superior quality, deliver and cost.
-Day-to-day associate relations including problem solving, counselling, coaching, fact-finding, etc.
-Provide internal consulting services regarding the interpretation and application of HR policies and processes. Participate in developing best practices and implementing policies and processes as applicable.


What you'll need to succeed
8 years or more years of experience with the ability to work in a fast paced global and virtual environment.
Demonstrated ability to navigate the HR system, leverage different Chapters (HR areas) for business impact and participate in flexible squads to deliver on business and HR strategies.
Demonstrated customer-centricity through day-to-day interactions, anticipating needs and showing cultural awareness and business understanding.
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership, engaging with leaders to ensure a successful outcome.
Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability and experience in effectively diagnosing short-term HR needs, and offering fit for purpose solutions to address them.
Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to cope with time pressure in demanding situations.
Demonstrated ability to influence with courageous authenticity and build trust with individuals at all levels within the organization
Demonstrated excellent situational assessment and objective evaluation skills, with an ability to comprehend and translate complex topics into manageable pieces
Demonstrated ability to leverage data, technology and insights to find root causes, troubleshoot and inform innovative and compliant solutions
Proficient in Mandarin Language as the role will need to support our counter part from China
