This position is to manage HR & Admin for Dongguan plant with focus on but not limit to the following areas

Drive Safety Culture – Overriding priorities, develop best HR practices to support Safety, helping organization to instill Safety Culture.

Compliance Advocate: - Always comply and respect the law and regulations in all perspectives of HR & Admin

HR & Admin Expertise: Manage plant’s day to day HR & Admin operations includes but no limit to the following:
HR-Recruiting, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Admin: Safety & Environment, General Affairs, General Equipment (Air Con, Office Elevator etc.) .

Recruiting & Staffing focus: Develop a recruiting plan to meet the seasonal requirements

Compensation & benefit: Familiar with Pay for Performance Design link to floor to ensure the compensation scheme that meet the Production Volume and Quality, OT Vs. Performance, Piece Rate, etc.

Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and driver harmony, and collaborated team

Team Development: Provide daily supervision & guidance for the HR/Admin team so to provide best People service to organization.

Culture Advocate: Instill company culture by building HR practices to support the culture enhancement which focus on ( Innovation, Teamwork)

What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrate solid Plant HR& Admin Leadership: At least 8-10 years and above MNC or Manufacturing HR/Admin leadership experience, strong filed experience is a must
Sizable operation experience: Manage at least 300-500 employees Plant before, size matters, manage labor intensive is a strong plus.
Lean Production/Toyota Mfg System is a Plus: 5-year Experience in HR Lean Process. which includes Kaizen activities, JIT, TQM, CTR, Six Sigma Green Belt, HR Support processes
College Degree: Bachelor and above, Engineering is a plus, Finance, Legal a strong plus
