Your new role
1. Work with global stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements and to propose technical designs and solutions.
2. Build business system flow procedure and integration approach when implementing cross functions business application systems.
3. Manage, lead applications development and delivery.
4. Provide day-to-day operations support including programming support, troubleshooting, system migration and documentation update.
5. Manage team performance and coach team members to deliver quality support to business users.
6. Study the latest IT technology and provide suggestion to senior management on improving business efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related disciplines, with minimum 10 years relevant working experience, of which at least 3 years in managerial role.
2. Manufacturing industry experience is a must.
3. Solid development experience in RDBMS, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Microsoft .NET Development.
4. Experience in Industrial IoT Technology, e.g. SCADA, OPC Server.
5. Knowledge in NOSQL database is an advantage, e.g. MONGO DB.
6. Good command of written and spoken in Mandarin and English.
7. Able to travel for project implementation occasionally.
