Key Account Manager China

An International FMCG Brand is looking for an E-commerce Director.

Your New Role
1. Sales Strategy, Planning & Forecasting
2. Own the 3-year Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures (OGSM) for the region, revising and adapting it annually to deliver the best result
3. Prepare, defend, and get approval for the region Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in line with the OGSM
4. Own the Sales Outlook for the region, preparing the monthly sales outlook and Risks & Opps file, and updating regularly based on latest commercial information
5. Support demand planner(s) in inputting and updating a rolling 18months sales forecast
6. Support and partner with Marketing Head to prepare and implement branded Go-to-market plans
7. Support Product team by providing regular initiative updates in the IMP file, and estimate sales potential linked to innovation projects

What you'll need to succeed
1. University graduation from business administration, business management, economics, sales and marketing or other related fields
2. Min 5 years of experience of sales functions in local/internaltional FMCG companies, ideally in international personal and medical care companies with proven record
3. Solid experience in networking and working with distributors in healthcare, retail / wholesale and online channels
4. Business acumen and strategic thinking
5. Ambitious, result oriented
6. Flexible and innovative in finding solutions
7. Excellent sales skills and analytical skills
8. Mature, self-confident and can work independently
9.Good knowledge of MS Office
10. Chinese native, fluent in oral and written English
