Your New Role
1.Use insights and data analysis to develop joint business plans with appropriate building blocks with target accounts to achieve company objectives and priorities
2.Achieve optimum target distribution for priority new and carry forward lines
3.Set annual brand shipping and POS targets and drive effective execution of promotional plans, new product launch plans, Franchise plans, Licensing initiatives, exclusive items and brand activation plans
4.Develop effective planning and communication with Regional KAMs to help execution of account planned activity
5.Track POS and shipping performance and identify additional growth opportunities via sharing of best practice across channels and accounts
6.Conduct regular account business reviews and top to top meetings
7.Help plan and execute Toy Fair preview events with timely account follow up
What you'll need to succeed
1.Experience in developing strategic account/business plans and customer focused solutions
2.Results driven, organized and team oriented
3.Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skill across functions and levels.
4.Strong business acumen and commercial judgement
5.Strong negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills
6.Data driven with strong command of Excel and Power-point skills
7.Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
