Your new role
• Implement global digitalization strategy and drive MES and other local digital initiatives.
• Coordinate internal & partner technical resources to implement new testing requirements into MES, Troubleshoot problems in MES; Help draft and maintain MES design guides and documentation;
• On-site support for MES implement and maintains at partners for launched products and new products;
• Support partner manufacturing, engineering and planning team to answer technical questions;
• Provide routine system admin support for office systems and maintain the technical documentations.
• Develop/manage/maintain relationships with cross-function teams and partners;

What you'll need to succeed
• Bachelor graduate or above
• Be good at English both at written and oral
• Experience in manufacturing execution system (MES) in a massive production company is a plus, at least 1 successful project including MES, IE 4.0, Smart factory.
• Proven track record of project management, hard and software
knowledge. Be familiar with ABB, SIMENS etc system.
• Strong logic thinking and Impactful communication skills ;
• Synergize resource capabilities; Well communicate skill and good analytical ability; Knowledge at IT & Planning experience at related function is required.
