Your new role
• Develop new retail O2O TOP platforms and Key accounts home delivery business successful model with commercial growth plan
• Lead and work together with O2O customer trade marketing and Key Account team to build retail team digital capability and online account plan integration model

What you'll need to succeed
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
• At least 8 years of proven experience in Key Account, Ecommerce, or related O2O, food category background would be a plus.
• Solid online business digital knowledge and insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly persuasive and effective in communication and negotiation.
• Good time-management skills and ability to multi-task, able to work under pressure.
