What you'll need to succeed
1. To formulate and implement company's manufacturing development strategy, and to improve the level of manufacturing management.

2. To improve and optimize the new product technic development process, improve the technology and R&D capabilities of rubber products.

3. To improve and optimize the quality management system, improve the quality management level of products, and effectively reduce quality losses.

4. Effectively promote the application and implementation of modern production management methods such as Lean Production, 6 Sigma and industrial 4.0, so as to improve per capita production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.

5. To formulate and implement the supply chain development plan of company, to improve the overall level of the supply chain.

6. To upgrade the service level in the Asia-Pacific region and support the sustained growth of Tech's business.

7. To improve and optimize the safety management system and safety operation process within your responsibility scope, and educate team members to ensure safety first.

8. Set up an efficient operation team and establish a standardized and perfect management process.

9. Coordinating the effective cooperation of functional departments, coordinating the solution of complex problems across departments, and completing the KPI target of BU.

10. Other tasks assigned by top management of the company.
