Your new role
  • Developing the business/sales strategies and action plan in the assigned territory to ensure the sustainable growth in targeted product lines;
  • Building critical relationship with key customers and solid Key accounts plan and monitoring the progress closely;
  • Developing a solid & capable channel network to support business growth through an effective channel management;
  • Proactively collecting competitive/industrial intelligence in market and share insight with the company;
  • Supervising and driving sales team to explore market and new business opportunities;
  • Building a high performing team with business integrity, the highest working standard, growth mindset and passion to win;
  • Coaching and training the team into high professionalism and to meet company standards;
  • Other tasks assigned by the Company.


What you'll need to succeed

  1. Bachelor degree or above with major in commercial background;
  2. Language: Business proficient in English& Mandarin (both written and oral);
  3. Rich working experience in a similar role/position in furniture or furnishing industry with multinational company background;
  4. Confident and professional manner as well as strong commitment and high assertiveness;
  5. Structured, purposeful and results-orientated working style;
  6. Aggressive, strong ability to explore and develop new orders and customers;
  7. High self-motivation and the capability to motivate others;
  8. Excellent communicator who is able to deal with customers, suppliers and internal cross-function team;
  9. Passionate, self-motivated, result-driven;
  10. Cross culture sensitivity, great leadership, outstanding communication and negotiation skills, good team player;
  11. Strong cross-functional interpersonal and organization skills;
  12. Willing and able to travel frequently;
