Your new role
1.Lead and ensure that commercial activities are conducted in a manner that is consistent with Vision, Goals of the Company, and applicable laws.
2.Foster the competence development & lead team culture change to fully reach their potential.
3.Provide commercial leadership and direction for sales, marketing as well as customer services team to build long term customer relationships and ensure profitable growth.
4.To reinforce the sales organization and sales effectiveness through multiple ways.
5.To set up the effective pricing management and contract management process to enhance the margin management and the improvement.
6.To optimize customer & product mix with focus on profitable business.
As a Management Team member:
1.Make recommendations on which long-term topics the Management Team must focus on.
2.Participates in ensuring profits and long-term sustainability of the company.
3.Support all personnel to achieve their targets and potential while enhancing the teamwork spirit.
4.Develops, maintains, and improves business relations with all customers and all other outside contacts, enhance the value proposition of the organization.
What you need success
1.More than 15 years working experience in packaging-related industry, at least 8 years management experience.
2.Strategically thinker and proven ability to develop and execute accordingly strategic plan.
3.Deep understanding of China packaging industry has strong business relationship with KA, especially Global KA.
4.Strong leadership and great team player.
5.Fluent English communication (oral and writing).
