Your new role
Reporting to General Counsel, this role will be mainly providing legal support on investment, M&A projects inbound and outbound, as well as financing, post-investment stage projects.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideal candidate will require minimum 5 years relevant legal practice from reputable law firm. Internet industry experience will be a plus. PRC Bar is a must. Native mandarin speaker with fluent English skills.
