Your new role
You will design and deliver HR digital processes, solutions, and reporting that drive and sustain operational excellence.
The position will be emphasized on innovation through automation, continuous system improvement, and data integrity. Additionally, this position will need to utilize data analytics methodologies, tools, and approaches to provide data insights and accelerate strategic decision-making.
1.Identify optimization and automation opportunities and support initiatives related to Workday HCM and Recruitment
2.Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday based upon functional areas or HRIS projects assigned providing continuous input on process improvement and elevated support
3.Build strong internal relationships with key HR, IT, and business leaders to define and understand strategic and tactical HR Technology requirements
4.As part of a team, handle day-to-day administration of Workday including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of issues related to business processes, security, and reporting.
5.In partnership with customers, distill and document end-user requirements.
6.Partner with the customers to develop test strategy, test scenarios/scripts, as well as execute systems/E2E testing in preparation for user acceptance testing.
7.Develop the roadmap for HR data analytics initiatives - work with key stakeholders to support business objectives
8.Conduct data analysis/rationalization on Workday data and ensure accuracy and integrity of data across the module.
9.Develop visualization products to enable end users to easily access and understand relevant data
10.Deploy data governance framework to ensure the effectiveness and adhere to the SOX auditing, compliance, and regulations
What you'll need to succeed
What you need to do now
3-4 years hands on experience in Workday configuration, including business process, reporting, or any modules (Recruiting, HCM, Time off, etc.)
Power BI or Tableau experience preferred
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments - excellent organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects within varying competing deadlines.
Strong consultative skills and the ability to build relationships with HR and cross-functional partners Education Background:
Bachelor or Master’s degree preferred in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources or Statistics
