Sourcing Manager

What you'll need to succeed
• Manage a Pan-Asian supply base with assigned categories to deliver best-in-class product cost, quality, service, compliance, and innovation for Cardinal Health branded products for North American, APAC and EMEA markets. • Develop and execute global procurement strategies to achieve best in class value, sustainable productivity, and high levels of quality and service aligned to applicable product category strategies. • Coordinate with cross-functional partners in process development and management to effectively select suppliers, negotiate favorable contracts, and manage supplier performance and relationships.

• Solid Strategic Sourcing capability, experienced in End to End Sourcing scope: Supplier Scouting, Supplier Selection, Contracting negotiation, Should cost, Negotiation, On boarding, Life Cycle Management, VA&VE, execute Sourcing strategy with cross functional teams. • Solid interpersonal, verbal and written English communication skills. • Able to communicate effectively with suppliers and cross function team in Asia & US. • High Fluency in Microsoft office skills – Excel/Word/PowerPoint is a must.
