Your new role As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibility is to manage and execute a range of sourcing specialist
Position Accountabilities
1) Be responsible for well managing the assigned products codes by making clear tactics to match ALC's
business devlopment and strategic target. Collaborate closely with respective Hub Category Managers
and participate in category specific cross-functional teams to leverage scale economies and share best
practices
2) Be responsible for procureemnt of assigned products (based on data-driven analysis and team
decision), incl. supplier development, qualification, negotiation, and agreement management to maximize
AL's interest
3) Be responsible for ECCO and ECCA saving target achievement
4) Develop communication channels and strong relationships with strategic suppliers to seek joint
advantages that encourage quality, safety, creativity and continuous improvement
5) Treat and follow up NCR/CIMS (incl. quality and serious delay
