Your new role

• Understand business needs and priorities and translate these into talent development strategies. In details: Work with BHR and Business Leaders to understand current and future business needs & priorities and evaluate the status of talent development, identify strategies for talent and capabilities development by Division, function, or site.
• Talent Review & Succession Planning:
• Base on the Corporate guideline, lead & coordinate division talent review & succession planning process. And Ensure that the process is operating effectively with effective tracking and KPI.
• In partnership with BHR ensures that every identified high potential individuals/future successor has a robust and individualized development program consisting of learning modules and experiential job assignments

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor degree and above
• Professional with at least 6years’ experience with focus in talent management, or learning development.
• Excellent relationship building ability across stakeholders with a collaborative approach.
