Your new role
HAYS provides long-term and rapid career development opportunities for talents who pursue excellence and aspire to engage in consulting and sales work. You will have the opportunity to have in-depth contact with client companies through effective business development, and assist in the search and matching of high-end talents. As a member of an elite team, you will help all kinds of small and medium-sized enterprises to develop and innovate and attract outstanding talents.

main duty:
• You will have the opportunity to deeply participate in high-end talent search, comprehensively evaluate candidate qualifications, improve candidate database, do talent map mapping, efficiently manage the entire recruitment process, help clients absorb top talents in the industry, and grow rapidly amidst challenges
• Familiar with industry knowledge, and provide insights and recruitment solutions to clients and candidates as a recruitment expert
• Exploring potential business opportunities, in-depth contact with client companies through business development, and establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate customers through multiple channels;

As an excellent professional recruitment consultant, you need to have enough enthusiasm to start a new career of consultant sales type. Job Requirements:
• One to two years of sales or recruitment work experience (preferred)
• High business sensitivity and always focus on finding solutions
• Strong ambition to achieve the goal of excellence
• Determined and confident communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, good multi-tasking and stress resistance
• Bachelor degree or above
