An International Fashion Retail Brand is looking for a Wholesale Director.

Your New Role
1.Manage and be accountable for China Wholesale P&L.
2.Provide overall wholesale development strategies in China, identify and lead the teams to achieve and materialize the opportunities.
3.Leverage at every level potential synergies across brands in Kontoor Portfolio and existing and future resources at strategy and consumer insight.
4.Build strategic relationship with potential dealers and key channels.
5.Develop with sales managers about the key account development plan. Re-engineer and enhance current dealer structure and model.
6.Define and own China wholesale business plan, with clear strategy on retail partnership, number of doors to achieve target per year by channel/segmentation/city.
What you'll need to succeed
1.Minimum Relevant Experience: 10 - 15 years with relevant experience in commercial function leadership role.
2.Deep experience in product/sales/marketing and brand marketing working for reputable, retail or consumer facing multinational organizations.
3.Minimum Supervisory Experience: 5 years with supervisory experience
